Automations

Emails that go out by themselves: when something happens, wait if you like, then send. Test before you trust it.

  1. Chasing every unpaid booking by hand gets old fast. Automations do the chasing, reminding and thanking for you. They're for owners and admins.
  2. Automation

Automation lists them by what starts them: Bookings open, with Payments, Changes, and Waitlist & enquiries folded below. All, To customers, To your team, Made by you and Switched off narrow the list, and Find an automation searches it.
  3. Starting points sit beside the list, like Unpaid → chase twice. Or press New automation: Starts when picks the moment, like A booking is made. Only for narrows it to some bookings. Then add steps: a wait, an email. If they pay in the meantime, the nudge doesn't go.
  4. An email step is written right there in the step: who gets it, the subject, the message and a button. Start from a saved email if you'd rather not begin from blank.
  5. Each automation is one line: click it to open, flip its switch to turn it off, or use … for Edit and Delete. Delete one of Trazr's own and it's switched off and taken off your list for good; anything sent stays sent.
  6. Send me a test

Once it's saved, press Send me a test and pick a booking: every step runs now and the emails come to you, not the customer. A post to Slack, Teams or Discord goes for real, marked [Test]; a WhatsApp step only shows what it would send. The On switch decides whether it runs for real.
