Take bookings on your own website.
Trazr is a booking system for any business that sells time or spaces: classes, courts, appointments, sessions. You set up what can be booked. Customers book it themselves. You see every booking in one place.
Free for the first 7 days · no card needed · cancel any time
What it does
Three things, and that's the product
You set up what people can book
A class with 12 spaces. A court for an hour. A 30-minute appointment. A four-week course. For each one you choose the price, whether it's per person or per booking, how many fit, how long it takes and whether you want a deposit.
Customers book it themselves
On your own website, or on the booking page Trazr gives you. They pick a date or a time, answer any questions you've set, and pay by bank transfer, through your own card payment link, or when they arrive. They don't need an account.
You run it from one place
Every booking, who has paid and who is coming. Confirm transfer receipts, move or cancel bookings, record refunds, tick people in as they arrive. Confirmations and reminders are sent for you.
Set it up your way
A booking is a booking. You decide how yours work.
There is no business type to pick. Each thing you offer has these settings, and the same settings cover a pottery studio's Saturday class, a padel court, a yoga studio's mats and a barber's chair.
Per person or per booking
Charge for each space, or one price for the whole group.
How many fit
Spaces per date. When they're gone, the date shows as full.
How long it takes
Minutes, hours, or a course over several days. Appointments can keep a breathing gap after each one.
Deposit
None, a fixed amount, a percentage, or the full price up front.
When it runs
A weekly pattern, or one-off dates you add by hand.
Questions to ask
Allergies, experience, anything health-related: anything you need to know before they come.
Private dates
Dates that only show to people you send the link to.
Rescheduling
Whether customers can move their own booking, until when, and how many times.
Getting started
Three steps
- Step 1
Create your business and add a service
Its name, price, how many fit and how long it takes. A few minutes.
- Step 2
Set when it runs
A weekly pattern or individual dates. Trazr creates the bookable dates for you.
- Step 3
Share your page, or put it on your own website
Bookings come in. You see them in the dashboard. Reminders go out before each date.
Meet Track
A helper who knows Trazr inside out.
Track is Trazr's sloth: round glasses, orange bow tie, slow and steady, never double-booked. He's with you from the first time you sign in.
Shows you round on day one
The first time you sign in, he walks you round Trazr one page at a time, then offers to set things up with you: your first service, when it runs, and how your page looks.
Teaches the Learning Centre
26 short lessons, a few minutes each, from your first service to a booking page that runs itself. Open to anyone, no account needed.
Answers from the corner of the app
Ask him how to do something and he tells you, then points at the right button. Ask him to do it and he shows the change as a card. Nothing changes until you approve it.

Let your own AI assistant look after Trazr with you, and what it's never allowed to touch.
Set up Trazr by chatting with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini
Connect the assistant you already use from Settings → AI tools: copy Trazr's link, paste it in, sign in and choose Allow. It works as you, so it can only do what your role can, and every change it makes is recorded under your name.
- Services and prices
- Weekly times and one-off dates
- Who customers book with, and their hours
- Discount codes
- Automations and reminders
- Your business details
- Your booking page's look
- Logo, banner and photos

“Set up a reminder the day before every class.”
“Make my page match my logo's colours.”
What AI never touches
Some things are kept away from AI assistants on purpose, Track included. Trazr gives them no way to do these, whatever they're asked. They stay with you, in Trazr:
- Payment settings: bank details, payment links and keys, and which ways to pay are switched on
- Your Trazr plan, billing and invoices from Trazr
- Team logins: inviting people, changing roles, removing someone
- Handing the business to a new owner, or closing it
- Your own account: password, email, signing out
- Customers' contact details, notes and exports
- Reading customers' messages, or writing to customers, including switching on automations that message them
- Taking or refunding money, marking bookings paid
- Cancelling, moving or restoring a booking
- Deleting or archiving anything
- Changing the currency or time zone
- Connecting the mailbox emails go out from, or the WhatsApp number
What's included
Everything a booking needs after it's made
No double bookings
Spaces are counted once. When the last one goes, it's gone on your website, on your booking page and in your dashboard at the same time.
Deposits and bank transfers
Ask for a deposit or the full amount. Customers upload their transfer receipt and you confirm it, pay through a card payment link of your own, or pay when they arrive.
Automatic reminders
A confirmation when they book, a reminder if a payment is due, and reminders before the date, each sent once. By email, and on WhatsApp too with the add-on (£2 a month plus each message).
Waitlists
When a date is full, people can join a waitlist. If a space frees up, the next person gets an email with a link to take it.
Questions and custom requests
Customers ask a question or request a date you don't have on the schedule, right from your booking page. Create the date and send them a private link to book it.
Discount codes
A percentage or a fixed amount off, with a limit on how many times it can be used and for how long.
Your customers, and their bookings
Every booking adds to the customer's record, and customers see all theirs in My bookings, signing in with a code we email them. Owners and admins can export bookings and customers as a spreadsheet.
Your team
Invite up to 25 people. Staff run the bookings and can edit services, the schedule and discounts. Owners and admins also change the settings, the booking page's design, automations, the team and billing, and see reports and exports.
Where customers book
On your website, or on the page Trazr gives you
On your own website
<script async src="https://app.trazr.vereon.tech/embed.js"></script>
<div data-trazr="the-clay-room"></div>"the-clay-room" is your business's name, e.g. a pottery studio called The Clay Room. Trazr gives you both lines ready to copy.
Add these two lines to your site and your booking page appears there, in your colours, growing to fit as customers book. Trazr walks you through WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify or plain HTML, and gives Wix a ready-sized frame instead.
On your booking page
The end is your business's name, e.g. a pottery studio called The Clay Room.
Every business gets a page at its own address as soon as it signs up, with your contact details, a Good to know panel for your policies, and a form for questions and date requests. Share the link on WhatsApp or in your Instagram bio, or print its QR code for the counter. No website needed.
Pricing
£5 a month. However busy you get.
One plan with everything in it, at the same price in a quiet month and a busy one. Customers pay you directly. Free for the first week. WhatsApp messages are an optional add-on.
See pricingCompared with a marketplace
A 12-space class at £35.00 a person brings in £420.00.
- A marketplace taking 5% keeps £21.00 of it, every time the class runs.
- Trazr costs £5 a month, however many bookings you take.
FAQ
Common questions
What can I take bookings for?
Anything with a date and a limit on spaces: classes, courses, courts, pitches, appointments, tours, events. You set up each thing people can book; there is no business type to choose.
Do I need a website?
No. Every business gets a booking page at its own address, ending in its name: a pottery studio called The Clay Room gets app.trazr.vereon.tech/book/the-clay-room. Share the link on WhatsApp or Instagram, or print its QR code: download it as a PNG or SVG from Design → Website & sharing. The website code is for when you have a site and want bookings to happen on it.
How do customers pay?
By bank transfer, uploading their receipt for you to confirm, or when they arrive. The money goes straight from your customer to you. You can also send them to a payment page you already have, such as a Stripe or PayPal link.
Who is Track?
Trazr's helper, a sloth in round glasses. The first time you sign in he shows you round and offers to set things up with you. He teaches the 26 lessons in the Learning Centre, and he sits in the corner of every page in the app to answer questions. If you ask him to change something, he shows the change as a card first, and nothing happens until you approve it.
Can I use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with Trazr?
Yes. Connect it from Settings → AI tools, then ask it to set up services, times, staff hours, discount codes, automations and your booking page's look. It works as you, with your role. Payment settings and bank details, billing, your password and sign-in, team logins, handing over or closing the business, customers' details and exports, taking or refunding money, cancelling or moving bookings, deleting anything, connecting your mailbox or WhatsApp number, and your currency and time zone are kept away from it. Every change it makes shows under Recent AI changes in Settings → AI tools. Your assistant's own plan matters too: ChatGPT, for example, can only read on Plus and Pro.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They give their name and email address; once your WhatsApp add-on is sending, a WhatsApp number will do instead. Their confirmation has a link to manage the booking, and My bookings shows every booking they have with you after they sign in with a code we email them.
What happens when a date is full?
It shows as full and people can join the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person on the list gets an email with a link to take the space.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the dashboard: Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. The first 7 days are free with no card needed. If the trial or a plan ends, nothing is deleted: your booking page pauses (it stops taking new bookings and asks people to contact you), the dashboard goes read-only, and both pick up again when you subscribe.
What does £5 a month include?
Everything in Trazr itself, for £5 a month. Up to 50 services, 25 people on your team, 2,000 upcoming dates and 10 GB of storage for receipts and pictures. The one extra is optional: WhatsApp messages, at £2 a month plus each message.
