When do I pay?

What happens if the free week ends and I haven't subscribed?

The dashboard goes read-only. Nothing is deleted: your services, dates, bookings and customers are all still there, and everything picks up again the moment you subscribe.

Any time, from the dashboard: Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens Stripe's secure page, where you can also change your card and download invoices. A cancelled subscription keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and owners and admins can export your bookings and customers at any point.

What if I reach the limits?

The limits (50 services, 25 people) are higher than a single venue needs. If you reach them, write to us and we'll raise them for your business.
