Deleting your data
Trazr is run by Vereon Ltd. Everything below can be done yourself, inside Trazr, and takes effect straight away. If you can't sign in, or you'd rather we did it for you, write to info@vereon.tech from the email address on the account and we'll do it within a month (usually within a few days). Your Trazr account
Sign in, open Your profile and press Delete my account. Your login, your profile, your connections to AI assistants and any calendar you connected are deleted, and every session is signed out. If you're the only member of a business you own, that business is closed and deleted with it; if other people work there, hand it to one of them first (Settings → Team → Transfer ownership).
A business
The owner opens Settings → Business and presses Close this business. Its services, dates, bookings, customers, invoices, files, connected mailbox, staff calendars, WhatsApp number and AI connections are deleted, and its subscription is cancelled. Export anything you need to keep first (Bookings → Export CSV, Customers → Export, and your invoices), because it can't be undone.
If you booked with a business that uses Trazr
The business holds your booking details and decides how they're used. Ask them to erase you: in Trazr they press Erase personal data on your customer record, which removes your name, email, phone, answers, messages and payment screenshots, and keeps only the anonymous money records the law requires them to keep. If the business doesn't answer, write to info@vereon.tech and we'll help.
WhatsApp, Facebook and Meta
A business that connected its WhatsApp number through Meta can disconnect it in Settings → WhatsApp → Disconnect; closing the business disconnects it too, and Trazr then deletes the number's details and message history it holds. You can also remove Trazr's access from Meta's side in your Facebook or Meta Business settings (Business integrations, or Business settings → Integrations). Trazr keeps no Facebook login and reads nothing from your Facebook account.
If you signed in with Google, deleting your Trazr account removes the link. If a business connected its Gmail to send emails, it can disconnect it in Settings → Email, which deletes the access Trazr held and asks Google to revoke it. You can also remove Trazr at any time from your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections.
A connected calendar (Google, Outlook or a calendar link)
Open Your profile → My calendar (or, for an owner or admin, Staff → the person → Calendar) and press Disconnect. Trazr deletes the sign-in or link it held, every busy time it read, and its record of which events it wrote; Google is asked to revoke Trazr's access. Tick Also take Trazr's upcoming bookings out of the calendar to remove the events Trazr added for bookings still to come; otherwise they stay in your calendar as yours. Deleting the staff member, your account or the business does the same. You can also remove Trazr from your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections, or from your Microsoft account's privacy settings (account.microsoft.com → Privacy → Apps and services), at any time.
What we keep, and for how long
Billing records for Trazr subscriptions stay with Stripe for six years because tax law requires it. Backups and technical logs roll over within a short period, and deleted data leaves them as they do. Our privacy policy has the full list.
