Discount codes

Codes customers type at checkout: an amount or a percentage off, with a cap, dates and services if you like.

  1. Services → Discounts → New code

    Discounts sit under Services. Press New code, give it a name customers type, like EARLYBIRD, and say what it's worth.
  2. Max redemptions caps how many times it's used, and 0 means no cap (∞ in the list). Starts and Expires set when it works, and Limit to services narrows it. A code nobody has used yet can be deleted; a used one is switched off instead, so its bookings still show it.
  3. The discount comes off first, then any deposit is worked out on what's left. So 10% off £35.00 with a 50% deposit is £15.75 up front.
