Lesson 7 of 8 · 4 min

Your customers

Everyone who ever booked, filed by itself: who comes back, who owes money, who's new, and each person's whole history.

  1. Customers

Customers is under Your day in the menu. Everyone who books, or asks a question on your booking page, is filed here by themselves, so the list writes itself. Search by name, email or phone.
  2. Quick filters

The quick filters above the list each show a count: Everyone, Regulars who booked twice or more, Owe money, New this month, and Not booked yet for people who've asked you something but not booked.
  3. The order menu puts them Booked most recently, Name, A to Z, Most bookings or Paid the most. The Owes column shows what's still to pay (on a phone it sits under the name), and the list comes 25 to a page.
  4. A customer's page

Open someone for their whole story: how to reach them, notes for the team, their numbers (no-shows too), and tabs for Bookings, Invoices, Payments, Visits and Enquiries. An enquiry opens its conversation in the Inbox.
  5. Owners and admins get Export CSV at the top: a spreadsheet of every customer, with their contact details, bookings and what they owe. It's your list; take it wherever you need it.
  6. Erasing a customer

If someone asks you to delete what you hold about them, an owner or admin opens their page and presses Erase this customer's personal data, then types ERASE. Their name, email, phone, notes, answers and payment screenshots go for good. Bookings and invoices stay as "Erased customer", because the law has you keep your accounts for about six years.
