Lesson 3 of 7 · 3 min

Set when classes run

Weekly rules that fill the diary by themselves, and one-off dates for everything else.

  1. Services → Class schedule

A class needs dates. The Schedule has two views: the Diary of bookable dates, and the Weekly rules that fill it.
  2. Weekly rules → New rule

For something that repeats, open Weekly rules and press New rule: the service, the day of the week, when it starts, how often it repeats. Trazr writes the dates about 13 weeks ahead and keeps them topped up.
  3. For a one-off, like a holiday special, use Add a date. Switch on Private date and it stays off your booking page, with a link you send to exactly who it's for.
  4. Diary → … → Change spaces

One date needs more or fewer spaces, say a bigger room on the Saturday? On the Diary, open that date's … menu and press Change spaces. It can't go below what's already booked, and every other date keeps the service's number.
  5. Times are in your business's timezone, and the clocks changing won't move a class. Appointments don't need dates at all: they follow your staff's working hours, so an appointments-only business ticks Set your schedule off once someone has hours.
