Lesson 4 of 7 · 4 min

Staff and working hours

Who customers can book, when they work, and how appointment times are laid out, breathing gap included.

  1. Staff → Add staff

Appointments are booked with a person. You're on the list already: the owner starts as staff, working weekdays 9 to 5. Add anyone else from Staff, then Add staff.
  2. Working hours

Set their Working hours day by day. Split gives a day two shifts, with lunch in between. Customers can only book inside these hours.
  3. Service → Times & booking window

On the service, Breathing gap between appointments keeps time free after each one to reset. Under Times & booking window, One after another, with the gap lays the day out as sessions; Every 15 min offers a start every quarter of an hour instead.
  4. What the customer sees

Customers see the whole day: booked times are crossed out, never hidden, and Next available jumps to the first free one. The gap is held with each booking, so nobody can be booked into it. For a one-off break or day off, use Add, then Block out time, on the Calendar.
  5. Settings → Team

Staff here are who people book. Someone who also signs in to Trazr gets a login from Settings, then Team, then Invite. The invitation's link works for 14 days; send it again for another 14.
  6. Someone leaving? Open them on the Staff page and switch off Taking bookings: their bookings and history stay. Delete is only there for someone nobody has booked with yet.
